Side view:
San Mateo Oak in Bright Sunset A live oak tree against a brilliant sunset in shades of yellow, orange, red and purple. A touch of turquoise cools the palette. Inspired by the San Mateo landscape. This Northern California abstract landscape is an original acrylic painting on a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas (the 3/4" staple-free sides are finished off in purple acrylic) and can be hung with just a nail--no need to frame. It has been lightly varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors. The style would be best described as Abstract Impressionism. The copyright watermark does not appear on the actual painting.

This piece is also offered as an open edition giclée print. Professionally printed giclee by FinerWorks in San Antonio, Texas, using UV pigmented inks. Archival quality and rated to last 150 to 200 years. We offer two supports, fine art paper (which has a 1 - 2" border for ease in matting and framing) and stretched canvas (stapled on the side). Both are ready to frame and in standard sizes for off-the-rack frames. Shipping is included for US destinations. International, add $10 for shipping.
