Kachina, a Quarter Horse/Arabian mix, gallops along the beach at Half Moon Bay (just south of San Francisco). Pink fluffy clouds and seagulls drift through the sunset in shades of yellow, orange, pink, blue and purple, reflected in the water. This Northern California ocean seascape is an original oil painting on a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas (the 3/4" staple-free sides are finished off in blue acrylic)--no need to frame. The style can be described as Impressionism. Kachina is one of the rescued horses at P.E.A.R.L.. Note that the copyright watermark does not appear on the actual painting.
If you would like the canvas fitted with picture wire, let me know at the time of purchase (no additional charge). The piece can be hung as is on one or two parallel nails but some people prefer hanging wire if the piece is going to be hung unframed. | ||||
