Courtyard mission scene from Carmel. Sunlight streams down a staircase with a wrought-iron railing. A weathered wooden door leads into the church with adobe walls in gentle shades of warm beige. Bougainvillea on the wall, in shades of magenta and purple, adds a touch of color.
