A cool waterfall cascades through the rocks, surrounded by rhododendron. A zen scene inspired by Hakone Japanese Garden in Saratoga, CA. One of a kind, original, acrylic painting on a stone. Sealed with varnish. Signed and dated on the back. Will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Size is approximately 3” long.
When I paint on a rock or stone, I look at the stone to see what it tells me. This one was scarred in several places, which I used as breaks in the waterfall.
What can you do with a painted rock? Well, lots of stuff. Put it on your desk. Put it on your fireplace mantle. Collect several with similar themes and group them. Put one in a dish of decorative stones.
This particular one is big & heavy enough to be used as a paperweight.
